Wheaton Kindergarteners had a fun filled day on their field trip! First stop was US Pizza, students made their pizza, toured the pizzeria's kitchen and had their own pizza dough to toss! After lunch, a stop for ice cream at Sweet Scoops! Students enjoyed a sweet treat and learned about all the different ingredients that go into making ice cream. Kindergartners rounded out the day at The Railway Park for some much needed play time!

Our 2nd Grade students enjoyed going to Wonders of Wildlife for their yearly field trip. Throughout the day we had fun looking at all the different creatures in the aquarium, riding the escalator, and touching the starfish in the water table . To end the day we quickly walked through the wildlife museum where we saw deer antlers, penguins, and bears before getting on the bus to head back to Wheaton. We hope you enjoy the highlights of our day!

Several Wheaton FFA members attended the 96th Annual Missouri FFA Convention in Columbia, MO. Teams competing were Poultry, Dairy Foods, & Dairy Cattle. Over 1000 FFA State Degrees awarded in last night's ceremony, 5 of which were for our chapter members: Houston Roller, Trevor Wright, Wyatt Gorman, (Blake Morgan & Devin Bateman were not in attendance).

A few of our FBLA members attended the State Leadership Conference today! Leo Millan-Gomez finished in 9th place for Business Law, five others competed in their respective events. We're very proud of our chapter's achievements this year! #WHSDogs

WES 3rd-6th graders will begin MAP testing tomorrow. Please be sure that your students get a good night's rest and eat a healthy breakfast to help them perform their very best! We look forward to seeing the amazing growth that our youngest bulldogs have made!
